The basics
What is Tailzu?
Tailzu is an AI voice keyboard for iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac. You speak in Hindi, Hinglish, any of India's 22 scheduled languages, English or dozens more, and clean, ready-to-send text lands in any app: filler gone, punctuation in, names and numbers kept exactly as you said them.
How is it different from Gboard voice typing or iPhone dictation?
Built-in dictation types what it hears, ums and all. Tailzu writes what you meant: filler gone, punctuation in, misheard words repaired, and your names, numbers and amounts kept exactly. It can also set the tone of the message.
Does Tailzu change what I said?
No. It cleans; it never rewrites. Filler words go and punctuation arrives, but your meaning, names and amounts stay as you said them.
Can I change the tone of my messages?
Yes. Pick one of 16 voices once, from Professional and Friendly to Executive, Shakespeare or Pirate, and every message you speak is written in it.
Languages
Which languages does Tailzu support?
All 22 scheduled languages of India, Hinglish, English and 23 more, including Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
Does Tailzu understand Hinglish?
Natively. Speak Hindi and English in the same sentence and both stay as you said them. Nothing is forced into one language or the other.
Can it write Hindi in English letters?
Yes. It writes the way you type: Devanagari or English letters. Want the other one? Say so in the sentence, like "Hindi mein likho".
Can Tailzu translate while I talk?
Yes, when you ask. Say "translate to English" or "Spanish mein likho" and the message lands in that language.
Apps and devices
Which apps does Tailzu work in?
All of them. On your phone Tailzu is a keyboard, so it works in WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, Slack, ChatGPT and anywhere else you can type.
Does Tailzu work on Windows and Mac?
Yes. Tap Ctrl twice (or Alt twice), talk, and tap twice again. The text is pasted wherever your cursor is.
Can I use Tailzu to prompt ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
Yes. Say it rough and a clean, structured prompt lands in the box, with nothing added that you did not say.
Can developers use it in Cursor or VS Code?
Yes. The desktop app types into any window, so you say the change and it lands where the cursor is.
Why does the iPhone keyboard ask for Full Access?
An iPhone keyboard cannot reach the internet without it, and Tailzu needs the internet to hear you.
Does Tailzu work offline?
No. Recognition and cleanup run on servers, so it needs a connection.
Privacy
Does Tailzu store my voice?
Not by default. Audio is sent for transcription and deleted right after. It is kept only if you turn on session history.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Tailzu does not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Is Tailzu free?
Yes, to start: 800 words a month, free, and up to 1,700 more earned by writing on consecutive days.
How much does Tailzu cost?
Lite is $9.99 a month. Elite is $59.99 a year ($5.00 a month), with the first 7 days free in the app. Both remove the word limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the App Store, Google Play or your receipt email; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
